Just go to our website, www.porchsnacksacks.com, and choose the "8 Week Snack Plans" option if you want snacks for the whole team for 8 weeks. Pick the plan based on how many players need snacks each week. You’ll also need to choose a team coordinator to keep things simple. Team Coordinator Responsibilities: The coordinator will collect payment from parents to cover the 8-week cost (they can use Venmo) and then make one payment on behalf of the team to Porch Snack Sacks. The coordinator will choose the right snack plan based on the number of players, add it to their cart, and fill out the team snack form during checkout. The team coordinator will receive the snack sacks (delivered to their home 1-2 days before the event) and bring them to the game for the entire 8 week period. NOTE: When checking out, the coordinator will provide delivery details, including the date and address, and mention any allergies or special notes. For one-time orders: If you are ordering snacks for just one event, not the whole season, go to the "Our Snack Sacks" option on the main menu. Please keep in mind we have an 8 snack sack minimum purchase for free delivery to local DFW area. Make your snack selections then go to checkout and fill in the delivery details.
